Heated holding tanks, 12-volt refrigerator, no need to use propane while traveling, the refrigerator works off the 12-volt batteries being charged by solar panel, 2 large propane tanks, large under belly pass through storage. 2 brand new 12-volt deep cycle batteries, 350lb storage rack on back, beautiful tinted frameless windows, auto leveling system. Upgraded king size mattress. This is a couple coach, but if you are a young couple with children it has 2 fold out sofa beds and the dinette also turns into a bed. It has always been kept under roof, the only time that's it's been exposed to sunlight is when in use. We special ordered it and picked it up in Shipshewana, Indiana. No smoking, no pets.
