We have taken care of this unit and it still smells new. As you can see with the upgrades below, it is packed for such a small travel trailer. It's ready to go and easy to tow. Capacity: 1,115 lbs cargo, 525 lbs hitch weight, 27 gal fresh water, 30 gal gray water, 30 gal black water, 20 lb LP tank Upgrades: - Mini solar panel and solar controller with mount - I added this to keep the batteries fully charged during the off season (Zamp Solar)- 2nd house battery. It only came with one battery and I doubled the capacity- Max Air hi flow fan with thermostat and hood- Battery cutoff switch- Progresssive Industries whole house 30 amp surge protector - Remote waste tank - Never used but available just in case. You can fill and roll it to your dump area at the camp site if no site sewer hookup available- Wineguard controller - Unit comes with the rooftop antennas but requires the inside control unit to function- Backup and side cameras with car momitor- Goodyear Tires - Power Jack - Replace the manual hand jack- RVLock - upgraded lock with keypad, remote control and key fob- Propane tank cover- Flag holder- Blue Ox anti sway weight distribution hitch- Slide out awning- Upgraded bathroom faucet- Trailer and wheel cover for storage.
