Motorhome has Cummings Onan Generator with only 69 hours of operation. New Michelen tires at 10,375 miles. New mattress in bedroom, only been slept on twice. Bedroom has a TV. Unit has full body paint, no worries with cracking, fading or peeling of graphics. New ulpostery on the driver and passenger seats. New Radio/CD player with backup camera in the cab of the unit. Living area has a very nice entertainment center, color TV CD, DVD player and a really nice stereo.Living area has a jackknife sleeper, dinning booth. Kitchen area has a sink, stove/oven a very nice micro wave oven and a refrigerator. Lots of storage compartments under the outside of the unit. We purchased the unit with the intent of going to Floria for the winters every year. Once we started trying to make reservation we found out that most RV resorts have restrictions on pets. Some by weight and some by type or both. Our pup is a 115lb Pit Bull and every place we called would not accept him. So, the unit has been used two times in the time that we have had it. One of our sons and his family used if for three days for a short trip, and our Granddaughter used it for a week when she got married for a honey moon trip. I have the title, it is clean and free.
