PLEASE READ FULL AD BEFORE CONTACTING US NEEDS MAJOR WORK LOCATED IN ALLENTOWN PA SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS Price is firm and is cash only. Please note there are a lot of things not working and this trailer needs a lot of work. It is being sold as is, where is (we do not ship). We do not know roadworthiness, but the tires look good. It was last PA inspected in July of 2012. Fair condition, needs work, many things not working, roof A/C works, tires look good. Sleeps up to 7 with 4 sleeping areas: Front queen bed (no mattress), dinette conversion, sofa conversion, & cabinet over dinette that converts to a bunk. Includes a patio awning (needs parts to work), entrance step (only one working), stabilizer jacks, exterior storage compartment, AM/FM/stereo (working), air conditioning (working), furnace (not working), kitchen: with refrigerator & freezer (not working), stove top, oven (not tested), and microwave (working), bathroom: with toilet, sink, and shower (water system has leaks), TV antenna, 30 amp power cord, and electric brakes (not tested). Propane system passed leak test, but needs new pigtails and main rubber line. 110Volt system working, 12Volt system not working without battery (possible converter issue). Does not include battery or propane tanks. Trailer was stored here for 3 years, customer bought a new trailer and signed over title to us to sell. Clean title. Selling as is.Dry weight (UVWR): 3,745 pounds, maximum loaded weight (GVWR) 5,200 pounds.
