It has a Microwave/Convection oven installed. All interior and exterior lighting is LED. It has an electric awning. The underside of the trailer is closed in for year round camping with a 35,000 BTU ducted furnace to keep you toasty. The freshwater tank is 60 gal. the black water tank is 49 gal. and the grey tank is 98 gal. The hot water heater is 6 gal. and is gas/electric. The refrigerator is also gas/electric and is the optional 8 cu. ft. model. The recliner theater seating is also an option that we had put into this unit. It has dual 6.5 gal propane tanks. It has electric stabilizer jacks and a electric power tongue jack. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. It also has an outdoor shower/hose connection. There is a wireless cell phone charger near the theater seating. I also have a Kingbird trailer cover and wheel covers that I will include. I also have a towing stabilizer that I can sell for a nominal price. This unit has tons of storage. We were hoping to do some traveling with it but unfortunately I ended up with some serious health problems and that is why we are looking to sell it. We would consider fair and reasonable offers.
