I'm hoping that if you are viewing this listing that you have already done your research on the dumpster rental business and are ready to buy in. Or maybe you're looking for a solid and reliable backup to your current setup with a couple extra bins. This would also be a great set-up for somebody with their own junk removal or construction business operating multiple sites at once. I have tried to include as many details below as I can to answer any questions ahead of time and there should be a link to a youtube video I made of a walk around and general operation of the trailer. Also want to touch on the advantages of this set-up versus a newer "cheaper" set-up that you may see for sale from the common name trailer companies. This is a standard rail trailer, meaning it takes standard rail dumpsters (36"), meaning these are the same dumpsters you'd find for a roll-off truck. Most trailer companies sell a propriety rail width, which can lead to more expensive and difficult to find dumpsters. And when you are ready to upgrade from a trailer to a roll-off truck, all your standard rail dumpsters are already set up correctly and transfer over directly. Or if you break down and are in a pinch to move your dumpsters, you'll have a lot easier time finding someone that can assist you.The dumpster rental business can be very rewarding and profitable if you have the time to dedicate to it. I've operated my business on the side of my full time job for the last 3 years and it is very time consuming depending on your service area and dump locations. The only reason that has led to the difficult decision of selling out is due to our first newborn.
