It is light weight and can be pulled with almost anything (3,880 lbs dry weight) I used it to travel a couple of years and am settling down. It is has been a great little trailer and I have loved using it. It comes completely stocked with tv, camping chairs, sleeping bag, utensils, pots pans, and more. It has a queen size bed. It has ability to be used off grid as it has a solar panel. I paid $3500 weathering proof and sealant on inside and outside to prevent yellowing in the sun and damage. It also has an extended warranty. I have an equalizer hitch also. The AC 13,500 BTU saved my life in horizon in the summer and works great. It also has central heating that works as well.
