The Rockwood family is one of the highly rated group of well-built full body paint trailers. With two air conditioners and two Maxxaair 2 air vents with covers keep the unit very comfortable. The fireplace takes the chill off while the 35,000 BTU furnace heats very nicely in the winter. Indoor kitchen has a freestanding table with four chairs, a 3-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, Dometic refrigerator and separate freezer, two bay sink, with an extension to increase counter space. Two pantries, one allows the shelves be removed to use the coat hooks, freeing up bedroom closets and easy access as you enter/leave the camper. The living room area has theater style seating, large Smart TV, AM/FM/TV/DVD/CD radio with speakers inside & outside, and enormous storage behind the TV. The bedroom has two closets, abundant cabinets and drawers for storage, a full-size queen bed 60"x80", a large front tinted window with reading bench and a TV mount. The bathroom has a standup shower, sink, medicine cabinet, large cabinet, and shelves across from the separate Splendide washer and dryer. The 21' powered awning covers a large area including the outside kitchen with a cabinet, refrigerator, quick connects for LP to the 2-burner gas stove, gas griddle and small shelf for prep/serving. The connections can also accommodate a small gas fireplace or grill. Outside bin storage consists of one full width bin with openings on each side of the trailer and a bin under the queen bed. Keyless entry is installed allowing easy access. Utilities: two 30Lb LP tanks, 50A power cord, solar prep, satellite/cable connection, WiFi extender, 6 gal LP/Electric water heater, 60 gal fresh water tank, two gray water tanks with total of 90 gal, and a 45 gal black water tank. The washer discharges into the black water tank as plumbed by Rockwood. With both a reasonable hitch weight and overall weight, towing with the correct distribution weight towing system, sway bars, and transmission ratios makes the travel a pleasant journey. Payment is certified check in US Dollars only. Buyer and Seller will meet at the Seller's bank to process the payment and initiate transfer of title. Reason for selling trailer is to reside near family.
