This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained coach with loads of new equipment installed. Six new 22.5" Michelin tires were added in July 2023. It also has a new Blue Ox tow package,four new 2023 Lifeline AGM house batteries, a new Safety Plus Steering Stabilizer, and new front brakes. There is a 10,000 lb. towing capacity. The coach has a 6KW Onan generator (225 hours), and a solar panel to trickle charge the batteries. The dinghy hitch has an extension with additional channel to support a bike rack. The propane tank has a 28-gallon capacity. There are four slide outs for maximum comfort, each with a slide topper. This has been a non-smoking coach with no pets and is stored indoors when not in use.For entertainment and comfort, the coach boasts three cable-ready TVs (55,32,32), DVD player, sound bar, surround sound, Dish Network satellite, and an exterior speaker. A new electric fireplace with remote was recently added as well.In the galley, there is a full-size electric refrigerator with ice maker, convection microwave, and an induction cooktop. Countertops are composite with a stainless-steel double sink. Six place settings of Corelle ware, a full complement of pots and pans, a hot water kettle, toaster, food storage containers, paper towels, and an assortment of linens are also included. An additional new icemaker is included, although the installed original works well.The master bed is a king and includes a comforter and decorative pillows. There is also a drop- down queen bed, a fold out queen, plus the dinette drops down for additional sleeping capability.The coach has two rooftop air conditioners with heat pumps, plus two electric rooftop vents with hoods. The water heater is operated with propane, electric power or both. Heat is supplied either electrically via the heat pumps or with the propane furnace. There is a whole house water filter, an inline water filter on the supply hose, and a filter on the refrigerator. Extra filters are included in the purchase. There is a full-sized Whirlpool washer and dryer plus a central vac system. CO detectors, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are installed. There is an exterior shower installed in the sanitation compartment.For driving comfort there are six-way electric cockpit seats, cruise control, tilt steering, and a removable table between the seats. The stereo is a Kenwood combination AM/FM/Bluetooth/DVD/CD with Sirius capability.For driving safety, there are three cameras installed (two side and a backup), plus a Mobile Eye collision alert system.Exterior extras include two septic hoses, two water supply hoses, extra black and grey water valves, various chemicals, chocks, four 2?x 2? Lexan jack stand bases, and a septic hose support.
