Description:

This is a 2015 Ford Transit 250 High Roof Extended Wheelbase Cargo Van that is partially converted. We successfully completed about 65% of the build but soon after welcomed our first child and couldnt continue. It was a clean title cargo fleet van purchased from Illinois in late 2020 with 364K miles. As part of our initial phase of the build, we installed a new crate engine and transmission from a top rated supplier in Detroit (Fraser Engines & Transmissions). All paperwork, inspection reports ,receipts for parts purchased, and repairs made to date are available upon request. Despite the partial build, we were able to successfully use and travel in it throughout southern California, including trips trips to San Diego, Santa Barbara, Solvang, and a few beach side camp sites. There are less than 2,750 miles of use on the new engine and transmission. This would be the perfect project for someone who needed to save time but still wanted to customize their dream home on wheels. The van has U-style rear seating built out with customized cushions to make up a queen size bed (With storage under each section). Floor to ceiling insulation (Thinsulate). Riv nut anchors placed around all vertical and horizontal spaces ready for wall and cieling panels. Sound proofing on all interior cabin walls, subfloors, and ridges. Polyurethane coated plywood floor with wood filler,caulk and liquid nails. There is a subfloor garage space for maximum hidden storage,standing kitchennette counter for a stove, sink and refridgerator , sliding pantry, Bathroom floor framing already in place There are many more elements of the build completed that will make additional phases of the build less difficult to achieve. I also have MANY accessories for the van that we werent able to use yet including but not limited to , New in box Heating Unit (Diesel Heater)/ 12v Fridge, New Max air Fan Ultimate version, New in box Max air Bathroom Induction and extraction Fan, 2 New Unused Solar Panels (200 Watts), Various wiring and cables for electrical lines, Road kit, Fire Extinguisher, Jack and several others that are for sale separately.I am open to calls, text messages, emails and can answer any questions you have regarding the van or the steps weve taken thus far within this partial build.
