This is an in-progress project classic motorhome. A solid foundation for a tiny home, mobile office, stake-out vehicle, mobile lab, etc. Low miles (~32,000) as this was mainly used stationary by its 2 previous owners. The tires have less than 50 miles on them and they are kept covered. All the hard work has been done. I have about $10k invested. I have the original layout dimensions, floor plan and factory wiring diagrams, but the next owner can build it anyway they want! Stored in a fully enclosed space away from the sun and weather. Starts, runs, drives and stops great. Smogged in May with California blue plates, tag and clear title. I scraped and buffed the entire roof down to sheet metal then sealed and painted it properly with Eternabond and 20-year elastomeric.
